Everything we sell is brand new and in stock in New Jersey. Here is exactly how it reaches you, and what happens if something is not right.
Doorstep delivery within 100 miles of our New Jersey warehouse: all of New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia and nearby Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Delaware. At checkout we check your address and tell you straight away whether it is inside the area; if it is not, free pickup in Midland Park is always available. Doorstep delivery by carrier. No in-home setup.
Our delivery promise. Before you pay, we show you — and then email you — the date your order will be delivered (or ready for pickup) by. If it is not delivered by that date, you may cancel for a prompt, full refund of everything you paid, or accept delivery at a specific later date. If we can see the date will be missed, we tell you before it passes.

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
