Home staging

Every staging is quoted per property. There is no package price or minimum home value; we stage luxury listings including homes up to $20M. The quote is fixed after a walkthrough or a photo review and depends on:

• the size of the home and the number of rooms staged;
• the furniture, art and accessories selected for the home;
• how long the staging stays (the staging term);
• vacant staging (we furnish the home) or occupied staging (we edit and add to the owner’s furniture).

Ask for a quote on the quote form or contact us; tell us the address and the target installation date. Furnishing packages for rentals are a package fee plus the actual furniture cost, scoped from studio through estate, with volume pricing for portfolios — see furnishing packages.

Superb Shop furniture

Each product in the Superb Shop shows its price on its page — one list price per option, the same everywhere we sell it. Everything is brand new and in stock in New Jersey. At checkout:

• Free delivery on orders of $1,500 or more (goods subtotal). Below that, delivery is 10% of the order.
• Orders under $500 are pickup only. Pickup in Midland Park, NJ is always free.
• Delivery only within 100 miles of our New Jersey warehouse — all of NJ, New York City, Philadelphia and nearby PA, CT and DE — in 7–10 business days.
• New Jersey sales tax (6.625%) on goods and delivery for pickup and New Jersey deliveries.
• 14-day returns; damaged items are made right at no cost, and a 10% restocking fee applies to non-damage returns only.
