Lava was designed for those who appreciate the irony of a pencil holder, that is effectively using itself for the same reason. While there’s likely some quantum physics behind this, we prefer to think of Lava as a study in self-reference. As you stash your favorite pens and pencils, you can be reminded that your receptacle has already beat you to it. More than just a conversation piece, Lava turns the once ordinary receptacle for writing utensils, into something humorous and uplifting.
