Frequently Asked

Luxury Home Staging Questions

How much does luxury home staging cost in NJ and NYC?

Pricing depends on the home’s size, the number of rooms staged, the furniture selection, and the staging duration — every engagement is scoped to the specific property and target buyer. We provide a fixed quote after a walkthrough or photo review — no hourly surprises.

How long does staging take from booking to install?

Standard engagements install within 2–3 weeks of a signed contract. For competitive listings that need to hit the market fast, rush installations within 5 business days are available for a 20% expedite fee. De-staging after the sale is scheduled around your closing.

Do you stage vacant homes, occupied homes, or both?

Both. Vacant staging — where we furnish an empty property top to bottom from our 1,000+ piece designer collection — is our flagship service and the majority of our work. We also do occupied staging, editing and supplementing a seller’s existing furniture to present the home at its best for photography and showings.

What areas do you serve?

We serve luxury markets across Northern NJ (Bergen, Hudson, and Essex counties — Alpine, Saddle River, Englewood, Tenafly, Short Hills, Hoboken), the Jersey Shore / Monmouth County (Rumson, Red Bank, Little Silver, Holmdel), and the NYC metro area including Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Does staging actually improve my sale price and time on market?

Yes. Across 200+ projects, our staged homes sell roughly 73% faster than comparable unstaged listings and consistently attract stronger offers. In 2026 our staging supported borough record-breaking sales in both Ho-Ho-Kus and Upper Saddle River. Staging is one of the highest-ROI pre-sale investments a seller can make.

Do you offer virtual staging?

Yes. We offer AI-powered virtual staging for marketing photos and pre-listing visualization — useful when a physical install isn’t practical or as a fast, low-cost complement to it. For luxury listings we generally recommend physical staging, since in-person showings are where high-net-worth buyers make their decision.

Do you work with real estate agents?

Absolutely — most of our work comes through listing agents. We partner with top producers at Compass, Sotheby’s International Realty, Brown Harris Stevens, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, and Christie’s International Real Estate. Agents can also earn service credit on every client they refer through our Signature Operators program.
