The Superb Score is an informational metric and does not constitute a property appraisal, valuation, or guarantee of sale price. The Superb Score is generated using AI algorithms and publicly available data to provide an estimate of a property's staging potential. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for a professional appraisal, comparative market analysis (CMA), or any other formal property valuation. Superb Staging & Design LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the Superb Score or any impact on actual sale outcomes.
AI-Generated Content
The Superb Space app may generate AI-powered virtual staging renderings and design visualizations. These are AI-generated visualizations intended for illustrative purposes only and are not guaranteed representations of actual staging outcomes. Colors, furniture dimensions, room proportions, and overall appearance in AI renderings may differ from physical staging results. Virtual staging images should not be presented to buyers as photographs of actual staged properties without clear disclosure.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superb Staging & Design LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any damage to property during staging installation or removal that is not directly caused by our negligence
- Delays in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- The accuracy of AI-generated content, including Superb Scores and virtual staging renderings
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for staging, design, rental, and sales services are specified in individual service agreements and proposals. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and app, including text, images, designs, logos, and software, is the property of Superb Staging & Design LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Photos of our staging work may be used by us for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Jersey.
