Superb stages luxury listings across New Jersey and New York. We're looking for a hands-on creator to run our social media: shoot it, edit it, and post it.
What you'll do
- •Shoot photo and video at staged homes a few times a week
- •Edit short-form video and photos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
- •Plan and run the content calendar across several accounts
- •Use AI tools (Meta AI, scheduling and editing tools) to produce and post faster
- •Track what works and do more of it
What we're looking for
- •A strong portfolio of professional photography and videography
- •Fluency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom or similar)
- •Hands-on experience growing social accounts, plus comfort with AI content tools
- •Flexible weekday availability for on-site shoots and a reliable way to get to homes in northern NJ
- •An eye for design, interiors or real estate is a plus
